Day 1: Arrival in Windhoek
Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative and assisted with the necessary formalities. You will then board a connecting flight to Windhoek, the capital city of Namibia. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel for check-in. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, exploring the city or relaxing at your accommodation.
Day 2: Naan ku se Wildlife Sanctuary
After breakfast, you will depart Windhoek and head to the Naan ku se Wildlife Sanctuary. This private reserve is home to various rescued and orphaned animals, including cheetahs, lions, leopards, and wild dogs. Enjoy an afternoon game drive and learn about the conservation efforts in place. Overnight stay will be at the Naan ku se Lodge.
Day 3: Namib Desert - Sossusvlei
Today, you will embark on a journey to the Namib Desert, one of the oldest deserts in the world. Marvel at the ever-changing landscapes as you make your way to Sossusvlei, famous for its towering sand dunes. Enjoy a thrilling 4x4 excursion to Deadvlei, a clay pan surrounded by the iconic red dunes. Capture breathtaking photos and immerse yourself in the surreal beauty of this desert paradise. Spend the night at a lodge in the Namib Desert.
Day 4: Swakopmund
Leave the Namib Desert behind and travel to the coastal town of Swakopmund. Enjoy a scenic drive along the Atlantic coastline, admiring the stark contrast between the desert and the ocean. In Swakopmund, you can partake in various activities such as sandboarding, quad biking, or exploring the town's German colonial architecture. Overnight stay will be in Swakopmund.
Day 5: Exploring Swakopmund
Today is free for you to explore Swakopmund at your own pace. You can visit the National Marine Aquarium, go on a boat trip to see seals and dolphins, or simply relax on the beach. Swakopmund is known for its fresh seafood, so be sure to indulge in a delicious meal at one of the local restaurants. Overnight stay in Swakopmund.
Day 6: Etosha National Park
After breakfast, you will head towards Etosha National Park, one of Africa's premier game reserves. Enjoy an afternoon game drive, searching for the park's abundant wildlife, including elephants, lions, giraffes, and rhinos. Overnight stay will be at a lodge within or near Etosha National Park.
Day 7: Full Day Game Drive in Etosha
Today, you will embark on a full-day game drive within Etosha National Park. The park is home to a vast array of wildlife, and you will have the opportunity to spot zebras, wildebeests, springboks, and numerous bird species. The Etosha Pan, a massive salt pan, is a unique feature of the park and attracts a large number of animals. Overnight stay at a lodge in or near Etosha.
Day 8: Return to Windhoek
After breakfast, you will bid farewell to Etosha National Park and make your way back to Windhoek. Enjoy the scenic drive through the countryside, capturing the beauty of Namibia's landscapes along the way. Upon reaching Windhoek, check-in to your hotel and spend the evening at leisure.
Day 9: Windhoek City Tour
Today, you will explore Windhoek on a city tour. Visit the historic Christ Church, the Tintenpalast (Ink Palace), and the National Museum of Namibia. Take a stroll through the craft markets to pick up some souvenirs or try local delicacies at one of the restaurants. Overnight stay in Windhoek.
Day 10: Departure
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Windhoek International Airport for your departure flight. Bid farewell to Namibia, taking with you unforgettable memories of the desert and wildlife safari.
