Day 1: Entebbe
Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be greeted by our friendly guide who will transfer you to your hotel in Entebbe. Take some time to relax and recover from your journey, and if time permits, you can explore the town of Entebbe. After an early breakfast, we will depart from Entebbe and head towards Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The journey will take us through beautiful landscapes, rural villages, and rolling hills. Upon arrival, check-in at your lodge and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, you can take a guided nature walk around the lodge or visit the nearby Batwa community to learn about their unique culture and traditions. Today is the highlight of the trip - gorilla trekking in Bwindi National Park. After an early breakfast, you will be transferred to the park headquarters for a briefing about the gorilla trekking rules and regulations. Once the briefing is complete, you will embark on a thrilling trek through the dense forest in search of the magnificent mountain gorillas. The trek can be challenging, but the encounter with these gentle giants is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. After spending an unforgettable hour with the gorillas, you will return to the lodge for a well-deserved rest. Overnight stay in Bwindi National Park.Day 4: Lake Bunyonyi
After breakfast, we will depart from Bwindi National Park and make our way to Lake Bunyonyi, known as the "Switzerland of Africa" due to its stunning scenery. Upon arrival, check-in at your lodge and enjoy a delicious lunch. Spend the day exploring the area or simply relaxing by the lake. You can take a boat ride to explore the various islands on the lake, visit local communities, or go for a swim. In the late afternoon, we will drive back to Entebbe, where our journey concludes.
