Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi National Park
After an early breakfast, you will be driven to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The journey takes you through picturesque landscapes, passing villages and local markets. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the rolling hills and lush greenery along the way. Arrive at your lodge in Bwindi and settle in for a good night's rest.
Day 3: Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi National Park
Today is the highlight of your trip - gorilla tracking in Bwindi National Park! After an early morning briefing by the park rangers, embark on an unforgettable trek through the dense forest in search of the gentle giants. The trek can take anywhere from 2 to 6 hours, depending on the location of the gorilla family. Once you find them, spend a magical hour observing these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat. After an incredible encounter, return to your lodge for relaxation and reflection.
Day 4: Optional Activities and Cultural Experience
Today, you have the option to participate in additional activities such as nature walks, bird watching, or visiting the local communities surrounding Bwindi National Park. Immerse yourself in the rich culture of the Batwa people, the indigenous forest dwellers, and learn about their traditions and way of life. Day 5: Return to Entebbe and Departure
