7-Day Serengeti Migration & Cultural Tour


Day 1: Arusha

Welcome to Arusha! Upon your arrival at the Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by our representative who will transfer you to your hotel in Arusha. Take the day to relax and acclimatize to the Tanzanian atmosphere before your adventurous journey begins.

Day 2: Lake Natron

After breakfast, you will drive to Lake Natron, located in the northern part of Tanzania. This alkaline lake is known for its stunning pink color, which is caused by the presence of cyanobacteria and other microorganisms. You will have the opportunity to explore the lake and its surrounding area, home to various bird species and breathtaking landscapes.

Day 3-4: Serengeti National Park

Get ready for an unforgettable safari experience in the world-famous Serengeti National Park. The next two days will be spent exploring the vast plains of the Serengeti, where you will witness the incredible wildebeest migration (July-October). Marvel at the immense herds of wildebeest, zebras, and other wildlife as they cross the Serengeti in search of greener pastures.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Highlands

Today, you will visit the Ngorongoro Highlands, a region of stunning beauty and cultural significance. Explore the local Maasai villages and learn about their traditional way of life. Take in the breathtaking views of the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and one of the most remarkable natural wonders on Earth.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater

Embark on an exciting game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater, often referred to as the "Garden of Eden." This collapsed volcano is home to a vast array of wildlife, including lions, elephants, rhinos, and countless bird species. Enjoy the unique opportunity to spot the Big Five in one of the most beautiful and diverse ecosystems in the world.

Day 7: Lake Eyasi and Lake Manyara National Park

On the final day of your itinerary, you will visit Lake Eyasi, a shallow soda lake located in the southwestern part of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Interact with the local Hadzabe and Datoga tribes, who have managed to preserve their ancient hunter-gatherer lifestyle. In the afternoon, proceed to Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its tree-climbing lions and diverse birdlife. Enjoy a game drive before heading back to Arusha.
