Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe.

Your 7-day Shoebills, Kibale National Park, and Gorilla Safari begin with your arrival at Entebbe Airport. You will be greeted by our knowledgeable representative who will transfer you to your allocated accommodation in Entebbe. Take some time to relax after the journey and prepare for the exciting adventure ahead.

Day 2: Mabamba Swamp and Shoebill Watching.

Rise early for a sunrise excursion to the Mobamba swamp. After breakfast, we will head to Mabamba Swamp home to the elusive shoebill stork and a renowned birding spot located on the shores of Lake Victoria. Here you will have the opportunity to spot the elusive Shoebill, one of the highlights of this safari. Enjoy a boat ride through the swamp and keep your eyes peeled for this magnificent bird. Afterward, we will return to Entebbe for a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 3: Transfer to Kibale National Park.

After a hearty breakfast, we will depart for Kibale National Park known for its population of chimpanzees and other primate species. The journey takes us through beautiful landscapes and traditional Ugandan villages. Upon arrival, settle into your accommodation and enjoy an evening at leisure.

Day 4: Chimpanzee Trekking in Kibale National Park.

Today, you will embark on an unforgettable chimpanzee trekking experience in the ancient forests of Kibale National Park. With the guidance of experienced rangers, penetrate the lush forest in search of these incredible primates. Observe their behavior, listen to their calls, and capture some amazing photographs. As you explore the dense vegetation, listen for the sounds of primates looking for one another. In the afternoon, you can take a guided nature walk to explore the park further and discover the park's diverse Fauna and Flora. Later enjoy a delicious dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 5: Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Wake up early and enjoy a special delicious breakfast prepared at the hotel. After breakfast, we will drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, one of Uganda's most diverse and scenic wildlife reserves. Upon arrival, embark on a game drive through the park, where you can encounter elephants, buffaloes, lions, leopards, and various antelope species. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, known for its abundant birdlife and hippos and later your tour guide will guide you to the best area to spend a lunch picnic as you enjoy the surroundings and the sweeping breeze in the park. Spend the night at a lodge within the park.

Day 6: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

Today we will embark on a once-in-a-lifetime mountain gorilla trek in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to the endangered mountain gorillas. You will be accompanied by experienced guides to the scenic drive that takes you through the rolling hills of southwestern Uganda. The trek can be challenging at a point but the reward of coming face to face with the magnificent primates in their natural habitat is well worth the effort. Upon arrival at Bwindi, you will check in at your lodge and relax before the gorilla trekking adventure the next day.

Day 7: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi National Park.

Today is the highlight of your safari – gorilla trekking in Bwindi National Park. After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing and allocation of gorilla families. Accompanied by experienced trackers, venture into the dense forest to find and spend time with these magnificent creatures. Observe their behavior, interactions, and the breathtaking scenery surrounding them. After this incredible encounter, return to the lodge for a well-deserved rest. After breakfast on the final day, bid farewell depart from Bwindi National Park, and make our way back to Kampala or Entebbe. Along the way take in the sights and sounds of Uganda one last time, reflecting on the unforgettable memories you made during this amazing safari. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at your preferred location or transferred to the airport for your onward journey.
